Actually we have only one 'Birthday' ( actual date) and the yearly return of a date is called Anniversary.

It's incorrect to say "birthday celebrant." Strictly, a celebrant is one who participates in a religious or some other solemn ceremony, such as a mass. Anyone who celebrates a birthday, anniversary, or some other festive occasion is properly called a celebrator.
