A Short Letter for You

Dear Friend,

It's a lovely day! Isn't it?

The sun is out, the sky is blue, and everything is just fine!

As you got up this morning, I watched you and hoped you would talk to me. Even a few words would be okay with me. Do I have to remind you to thank me for something good that happened in your life yesterday?

I noticed you were too busy trying to find the best outfit to put on and the nicest shoes to wear.

So I waited.

I am still here waiting...

Yours truly,

God

Sometimes I forget to be thankful for the simple things like a sunny spot to lay down in and good food for my tummy.

hi,

thanks for the visit and the wonderful comments. i have been so busy with other things that i have not been able to blog for a long time. your comment was the first thing that greeted me when i came back and it really inspired me.

when i was younger i did see lust for life. i could not forget the scene where vincent placed candles in his hat just to be able to paint. i wish i can watch it again... however,
what i am really looking for is the book by irving stone.

thanks once again.

i wish you days and nights as vivid as a van gogh painting.

:o)

At the end of each day and just before you go to bed utter a little prayer of thanks to Him.

The day may have not been fruitful or encouraging, still, go to Him and express your appreciation.

In every thing you do, in every word you say, Amen to Him makes the big difference.
